The hotel is very big and spacious. The big plus is the hotel staff. They always have smile on and put extra efforts to assist you. The food is quite good too. Rooms are quite shabby but they are doing some renovations.
Mark - Indochina
I regularly travel to Penang, and this is the hotel of my choice. It's not located in a place where you can walk to tourist places, but taxi aren't that expensive in Penang. There's usually one or 2 taxis available in front of the hotel, or you could take a limousine. The driver of my limousine was awesome!
